Mothers Assisting Mothers-MAM, Inc. is an approved 501©3 not-for-profit outreach organization for mothers diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Consideration is also given to other disabled and/or homeless women who are parenting children from birth to age 18 years old. MAM, Inc. provides tangible resources and comprehensive educational services to support and encourage these women who experience difficult situations of (illness, finances, domestic violence, accessibility to education and employment, lack of resources - (food, shelter, clothing and transportation, and effectively parenting their children. MAM, Inc. was established in 2002 and for ten years has worked with community collaborations to bring awareness about the challenges of parenting with MS.
